The room is cosy and comfortable. The kitchenette has kettle, toaster, fridge, coffee machine and hot chocolate maker, and you also have use of the main kitchen in the house, and our sunny south-facing garden. Rent includes all utilities, broadband, and fortnightly cleaning of the room. The house is a 3-minute walk from Summertown shops and 10-15 minutes from the centre of town by bus or bike. No smoking, no pets. Single occupancy only.
