Demijohn's Dark and Stormy
Ingredients:
2 measures Chocolate Rum Liqueur 29.5%
2 measures Ginger Wine 14.5%
1 measure Lime Vodka Liqueur 24%
Soda Water
Preparation:
Half fill a highball glass with ice and add Chocolate Rum Liqueur, Ginger Wine and Lime Vodka Liqueur. Top up with fresh soda, muddle gently and then party like a Bermudan!

Butterbeer!
2 tablespoons butter (or vegan equivalent!)
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup coconut cream
A pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups of ginger ale
Heat the liquids in one pan; heat the rest in another, and add salt. Add the syrup to the warmed liquid, stirring gently until it's all combined. Lovely with a bit of cinnamon on top! Mmm
60 ml Dark Navy Rum
30 ml Lime cordial
1 tsp demerara sugar
1 clove
1 stick cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
pinch of mace
Mix all together and top up with very hot water, quantity to depend on how festive you want to feel (less is more)
Sloe Down...
50ml Sloe Gin (Why not make your own?)
12.5ml Fresh Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
100ml Hot Water
Add all ingredients to a heat proof glass and give a little stir.
Garnish with fresh lemon and cinnamon stick.
Winter Tubecleaner
2 x measures Jack Daniels Honey liquer
1x measures of white vermouth
1x measure Cointreau
Muddle the above with 2 teaspoons of sugar and coriander sprigs.
Strain into a tankard and fill the remaining with equal parts ginger ale and hot water.
Add lemon slices to serve.
PX Flip cocktail
60ml PX Sherry
20ml lemon juice
7ml sugar syrup
1 egg yolk
1 pinch of ground cinnamon
4 cloves
Muddle cloves with the sugar syrup. Add other ingredients and shake very well with ice. Strain and serve dusted with grated nutmeg.
