Loved the film for the first 30 minutes, until it became clear that it was just going to be a story with little intrigue and the usual corrupt to the top, being taken down by an idealist "judge". It's a pleasant enough film but lacks the bite needed to keep your attention for its overly long 135 minutes. In my opinions it's another tiresome example of French cinema heading down the bland Hollywood route.
