I wanted to enjoy it, and the concept was clever, but you get the idea in the first 15, very enjoyable, minutes. The rest of the film has been spoiled by the trailers so there's nothing left to keep your interest. It would have been a brilliant short, but at 83 minutes it felt contrived and the characters so tightly scripted that there was no room for subtlety. The message which we all wanted to hear, i.e. how tough real life is in Iran, was delivered almost like reverse state propaganda - long statements pretending to be conversation - and apart from the odd quirk it unfortunately just ended up a dull film.
