You're never to sure about where you are in this film. Isabel Huppert is excellent as a tame psychopath who is able to turn all adversity into dark humour. But despite being very entertaining for most of the film, it really pushes the boundaries of morality, unfortunately in a very voyeuristic manner.

Don't be fooled into thinking it has any meaning whatsoever. In fact its a perfect reflection of the world we live in at present. We came out feeling very uncomfortable, wondering if we really should have put up with that. But hey it had its moments!
