This is another of Brad Pitt's produced projects. Think Legends of the Fall add in a bit of Downtown Abbey and you've about nailed its ambience. Its saving grace is that it has the cinematic splendour of Apocalypse Now and Aguirre, the Wrath of God, but unfortunately without any of the intrigue. So in summary, it is as dull as dish water.
