Bland title, pretty bland movie. Yes it's worthy but the trouble is there's just no characters that you care enough about, and the subject matter whilst extremely important, rendition and torture by USA agencies, is not a new topic. In the 1970s when "All the President's Men" was a huge hit, we the public still had a genuine belief that our govts were out to do good and when things went off the rails it was due to a few bad apples. Now the prevailing sentiment is that govts lie and cover up to ensure that they hold onto to their position of power. So the basis of this film plays into that narrative... and we just sigh... so what!
