The real mastery of this movie is just how many top film critics have been fooled into believing this film is not Oceans 14. It's slick, with great camera work, some solid acting but ultimately it's total nonsense. The plot has more holes than an emmental cheese shot full of holes. Just when you're head is starting to try and piece together the ludicrously over-stretched plot, Soderburgh does that 'just-in-case-you-haven't-got-there-yet,-here's-the-entire-film-in-a-quick-5-min-scene-summary' thing, therefore highlighting the fact that what you believed was a bit silly, actually is. Now, if any of the fictitious pharma giants had been handing out their seratonin boosters at the beginning of the movie, then I might just have suggested this movie was worthy of an Oscar nomination.
