Room has a double bed. Total 3 people in house including landlady. House is near bus stops, cycle path, shops, cafes, parks, hospitals. Walk to Oxford centre in 25 mins.
It is possible to do a WhatsApp viewing.
Discounts available in some circumstances.
House rules are:
* Quiet between 10pm and 7am (no cooking, laundry or phone calls during these hours)
* Keep personal items in room
* Clean and tidy kitchen immediately after us
