Civic structure
Regularly hosts over 2,000 events throughout the year, including gigs and concerts, drink festivals and conferences, and regular meetings of various sorts. Holds an organ recital season between April - September. It is a popular wedding and film location and is the home to the Museum of Oxford and the Town Hall Café.
Info about hiring rooms:
All spaces are available Monday to Friday 8am -7pm, Saturday 10am-6pm. Booking quotes for each space are available on request. Depending on the booking they may open earlier/later. They have a late license for entertainment until 2am (Thursday – Saturday). Refreshments or bar facilities can be provided upon request. Parking is difficult but the location is very central. A loop system is installed, available in some rooms. Catering, licensed bar, and a kitchen are available. The organ and other resources and technical equipment are also available for hire.
There are 13 function rooms for hire. The spaces available can accommodate from 12 to 700 people and can be used in any combination. Discounts are available for bookings for multiple rooms.
