The complex was created to give a home to scientific spin-off companies developing products from university research. The Park is home to around 30 companies and over 20 research groups. Check the website to see who is currently there and what sector they are developing in. Researchers from Mathematical, Physical & Life Sciences and Medical Sciences Divisions of Oxford University work in inter-disciplinary groups to solve important problems facing the world.

There are six main spaces available for hire. These are designed for meetings and conferences, though they're also not bad aesthetically, being a surprisingly old and beautiful area. The Begbroke team also stress: "Peaceful edge-of-town location with excellent road and rail links. In-house catering using freshly prepared locally sourced ingredients. Free on-site parking. All our meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible."
