Nice food but it is the most frustrating place! It's just taken over 20 minutes to get two bacon sandwiches and two coffees and that's with 2 people serving me. The person that served me was new so I did feel for them, it seemed as if they had had very little training and got very little support from their senior colleague - but making a sandwich can't be that complex?! Fortunately they had run out of the decaff coffee I'd ordered so I had to have a very welcome full strength one!
