I've always found Cycloanalysts to be helpful, friendly and fast. I've bought a bike from them and brought others in to be repaired. I used to think I could surely fix any problem with my bike, and I probably could, if I had a bike workshop and worked on bikes every day. However I am now very grateful to have somewhere I can take my squeaky/punctured/ill-shifting steed to and have it professionally repaired and ready the same day. The evolution of man indeed.
