Part of This is a lovely little pub, tucked cosily away on the corner of Cranham Terrace, just barely out of reach of the yuppie/hipster Jericho takeover.
Drinks are reasonably priced for the area (I did say they only barely escape gentrification) and they have a large selection of lagers and ales. The staff and fellow customers are always lovely, and won't judge you if you still opt for a Kronenbourg after eyeing up their options.
In the summer you can enjoy your drinks (a £15 bottle of Prosecco on a Wednesday!) in the back garden, which is half covered with pretty metal gazebo-esque structures. In the winter, dim lighting, a real fire, squishy sofas and board games are perfect for hunkering down for an evening.
There is often music, both inside and outside, from local bands or the pub's weekly open mic night. Definitely worth checking out whether you want a night of music and merriment or just a quiet pint down the pub.
