Gates open an hour before performances. Bring a picnic or take advantage of our superb pre-bookable food from our theatre kitchen’s flame grill, directed by local chefs, along with exquisite hampers. Bar onsite serving the best local beverages. Feel free to bring your own seating and/or picnic blankets – we have collapsible seating and blankets to hire, should you forget. Please come prepared for the Cotswold climate: jumpers, raincoats, galoshes, sunhats and SPFs are all advised! There is ample parking (but encourage you to share), lovely loos, and, with the safety net of our beautiful Pavilion venue, we expect the show to go on regardless of the weather.

It is one of the smallest of English cathedrals; nevertheless, it is this building that elevates Oxford to the status of 'city'. There has been a church on this site since Saxon times and three arches on the East wall of the cathedral are thought to date from about 700 A.D. Much of the present building is 12th Century and is an example of the transition between the Norman and Early English styles. The Cathedral choir is of the highest standard and choral services are held daily. Adjacent to the Cathedral are the 15th Century Cloisters and the Chapter House where there are occasional exhibitions of church plate.

Abbey with Christian services and concerts. There is also a Tea Room and a Museum. Several spaces can be hired. Hire-able spaces including the main Abbey area (capacity 500 people seated), the West End and the Shrine Chapel. The West End is an open area without pews, so it can be set up as a presentation area, with projection onto the plain North wall. There are 170 chairs available to hirers, which can be arranged flexibly. The Shrine Chapel can seat approximately 70, again on chairs as this is an area without pews. So the space can be used flexibly, and this area is good for conferences and workshops.

There are several rooms available for hire, the largest of which (downstairs hall) can accommodate 150 people. 2 door security must be arranged for live music events. Gig bookings are generally only accepted for Saturday nights. Home to the Catweazle Club.

Handel is among the many famous composers and musicians to have appeared here. Wadham owns the Room; concerts are held here regularly, especially during University terms, and it can be hired for such purposes via the University Music Faculty (tel 01865 276141). There is a green room and a brand new Steinway C Grand piano available for hire. No parking on site – nearest is on Broad Street. It can get very hot in the summer: dress lightly on a warm evening.

Located on the grounds of St Hilda's, the JDP is the first purpose-built concert hall to be built in Oxford since the Holywell Music Room in 1742. The eponymous cellist was an honorary fellow of the college before her death. Hosts a professional concert series, regular lunchtime recitals and family friendly cushion concerts.

Keble College was founded in memory of John Keble, a Victorian clergyman who, with others in what became known as the Oxford Movement, had a profound impact on the Church of England in the mid 19th century, renewing and strengthening it in the catholic tradition. Keble College Chapel is open daily and to all. All members of the College are invited to attend services and to participate in Chapel activities. And, all are welcome to use the Chapel for personal prayer and meditation. Holy Communion is celebrated on Sunday evenings at 5:30 pm during Full Term and on important Holy Days. Our services are conducted in accordance with those of the Church of England.

The Auditorium itself is fully air-conditioned, with tiered seating for 160, and dedicated projection and sound rooms. Each seat is equipped with a pull-out writing ‘tablet’ to support note-taking. The proscenium arch style stage is on a level with the front row of seating. Considerable attention has been paid to the acoustic standards of the Auditorium and voice amplification is only needed for special circumstances, for example, to provide induction loop amplification for those equipped with an appropriate hearing aid. A Steinway B grand piano is located in a small wing to one side of the stage and is available for concerts. The projection room is equipped with a high resolution HD data projector, DVD player and sound system. Adjoining the Foyer are a small cloakroom area and toilets. The Auditorium and Foyer are fully accessible by wheelchair, and WiFi Internet is available.

The tower, which was completed around 1450, looks lovely at dusk when viewed from Christ Church Meadows. Also in frequent use as a concert venue. A new organ was installed in 2013 to celebrate the college's 750th anniversary.

Baptist congregation housed in a Grade II listed building. The main hall is available for hire as a concert venue and there are other rooms suitable for meetings, exhibitions and workshops.

Facilities include blackout blinds, screens and the possibility of hiring a piano and organ. Refreshments can be provided by the hirer. The Newman Room is wheelchair accessible and the Meeting Room seats 30. Both rooms are available in the University vacation 9am - 11pm, but aren't hired out very much in term time (although the administrators are open to negotiation).

Regularly hosts over 2,000 events throughout the year, including gigs and concerts, drink festivals and conferences, and regular meetings of various sorts. Holds an organ recital season between April - September. It is a popular wedding and film location and is the home to the Museum of Oxford and the Town Hall Café. This beautifully crafted, oak panelled auditorium seats up to 170 and also boasts fully retractable seating. The space is therefore completely flexible to suit your requirements. Built in state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and microphones/PA system, this room has stunning acoustics. There is full disabled access and accessibility from the road for larger sets etc.

Home to the Arundel Collection of Greek and Roman sculpture and inscriptions, this gallery is one of the first and still one of the most striking spaces you see in the Ashmolean (directly on the left as you enter). The room is available to hire (catering provided) outside museum hours. Capacity: 150 (formal dinner) / 120 (seated buffet) / 180 (seated presentation) / 200 (drinks reception).

With seating capacity for 717 people, the Sheldonian Theatre is an exquisite Grade I listed historic Oxford venue (designed by Christopher Wren) situated in the city centre. It is the ceremonial hall of the University of Oxford and it is where students matriculate (attend a welcome ceremony) and graduate. The Theatre can be hired as a venue for a range of events including concerts, drinks receptions, dinners awards ceremonies and lectures. The Theatre is a popular Oxford tourist attraction. Visitors can learn about the Theatre’s history via display boards and enjoy one of the best indoor 360 degree panoramic views of Oxford from the Cupola. The Sheldonian does not have its own box office but tickets can be bought for concerts via the Oxford playhouse (Tel: 01865 305305) or from concert promoters directly. The Sheldonian Theatre is open throughout the year, except when it is being used for an event or University ceremony.

Our Sunday services vary a bit in style, but at all the Bible will be read and preached as God's word. We are also very active throughout the week, with activities for all ages.

The church maintains the Anglo-Catholic tradition of its foundation and is open daily for worship. A parish magazine, Jericho Matters, is produced quarterly and distributed to all of the households and businesses in Jericho. The church hosts many events throughout the year, such as concerts, lectures and exhibitions.
