    As they have overnight guests, the Bear and Ragged Staff serve Breakfast from 7am daily. Lunch (including a Set Price Menu) is served from 12-3 and Dinner from 6-9.30pm. Between 3 and 6pm, their Daytime Dining menu is available, with a short but tasty selection of hot food and snacks. On Sundays they serve a Sunday Best menu from 12-9pm. They love being a real pub as well as a great gastro pub, with well-kept ales on tap – Hooky and Abbot Ale to name a couple – with Continental beers and lagers including Peroni & Estrella.

    A pub/bar/eatery hang out zone on the Cowley Road on the site of the old Elm Tree pub. Has a welcoming ethos and want to be doing something a bit different from your regular pub or bar, opening itself out to being used by local people; there is a space for pop-up shops on Saturdays, they are planning to have pingpong tournaments, groovy quizzes, live gigs, and different local DJ's on Fridays and Saturday nights, when they are open until 2am.

You can charge your phone and while away the time with a big shisha pipe and a big group of friends. The mocktails look grand and are served a in a variety of on-trend vessels. NB This bar serves Shisha but no alcohol.

    The Coach and Horses Inn, Chislehampton is a charming 16th Century Inn offering guests a bar, restaurant and accommodation. Sitting in traditional English countryside, not far from the River Thame, the inn has a pleasant courtyard area and a separate large garden often used for BBQs. Inside, you’ll find bar, lounge and restaurant. This centuries-old former coaching inn includes a popular, oak beamed restaurant – justifiably proud of the seasonal a la carte menu, many dishes are prepared using locally sourced foods wherever possible.
