St Clare’s International College offers Academic and English Language programmes for students aged 16+.
With over 70 years' experience, this is the perfect place to learn English, prepare for the IELTS and Cambridge examinations or study new subjects during your Gap Year. Each class is capped at 15 students (or just 3 for tutorials), so you can interact with your teachers and make the most of your learning!
Students with a high level of English (C1+) can opt for the Undergraduate Programme, a 14-week course which allows them to study a variety of subjects such as Art, Business, Marketing, Languages, Maths, Politics, Philosophy, and Sociology (among many more) at university level. Learners at St Clare’s, also receive one-to-one support from a personal tutor and a dedicated Careers and Higher Education Adviser.
St Clare’s is not just about studying but also about the student’s cultural experience. Lessons often take place outside the classroom, with frequent visits to local museums and galleries, fun evening activities and weekend excursions to cities around the UK such as London and Bristol and sights of interest such as Stonehenge, the Roman Baths, Warwick Castle and many more. This way, students can easily make friends and practice their English with native speakers.
During the summer months, St Clare’s welcomes learners from the age of 9 to their popular Summer School. Juniors, Teenagers and Adults live and study on three separate sites and enjoy a fun-packed programme of activities and excursions.
